Chef Kim’s skills and career in the industry make him the perfect guide and consultant for expanding the Yubutart brand.

Branding

The Yubutart brand is already well established and well known. Yubutarts are ubiquitous in NYC and have a fully developed brand identity. This brand is recognizable and would be easily replicated at any new location. Our branding provides a strong foundation for raising brand value and growing rapid awareness of any new related business ventures.

Marketing

We work with a team of professionals that supports DDOBAR and is responsible for growing and maintaining the Yubutart brand identity. This kind of support over branding is essential for any restaurant to be well-known amongst customers and quickly established in a new market. In any expansion project, our marketing team would be well equipped to build a loyal customer base to a new venue. A partnership with DDOBAR would mean a partnership with our marketing team, as well.
